ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Alcohol shall only be sold with a flower order or as a gift.
Staff shall receive suitable training on licensing issues.
Alcohol shall be displayed in a safe manner.
A recognised Proof of Age Policy shall be operated and enforced.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
Intoxicating liquor shall only be sold ancillary to the sale of flowers or similar goods.
Intoxicating liquor shall only be stored in a secure area.
Orders for intoxicating liquor, handling and delivery shall only be by persons over the age of 18 years.
A written record of all deliveries of alcohol shall be kept upon the premises. A further written record shall be retained in a delivery book or invoice carried by the person delivering the intoxicating liquor.
