ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
by
() the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
() the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The premises shall operate as a Church Hall.
A set of rules detailing the conditions of hiring shall be given to hirers of the premises.
Exit and escape routes shall be clearly marked and kept free from obstruction.
The maximum number of persons allowed on the premises shall be 300.
Fire risk assessments shall be kept at the premises.
Emergency lighting shall be installed in the premises.
Appropriate notices shall be displayed asking customers to respect neighbours when leaving the premises.
Adult attendees shall be present when children’s activities are taking place.
