The Client account feature has been enabled for use by Responsible Authorities only. This feature is NOT available to members of the public and any accounts created will not work and will be deleted.
The Council is committed to delivering as many services as it can via the Internet. This means that users can benefit at a time that is convenient to them, which may be later in the evening or at weekends and is not necessarily during normal office hours.
From this home page you can also view up to date Public Registers.
These web-based registers contain the basics of the applications made, whilst the full paper based Licensing Register may be viewed at the Town Hall, St Annes during normal office hours, Monday to Thursday, 09.00 to 17.00 and Fridays 09.00 - 16.30.
