Annex 2- Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
The premises shall operate as a restaurant selling food and non-alcoholic drinks for consumption on and off the premises.
The premises shall trade as a Drive-Thru only between the hours of 00:00 and 05:00 each day.
The premises licence holder shall manage the premises in accordance with good management principles to secure as far as possible the promotion of the four licensing objectives.
The premises licence holder shall maintain a CCTV system in operation on the premises while open to the public. Immediate access to the CCTV system shall be provided to Police Officers and Council Officers at their request.
The premises licence holder shall comply, as far as reasonably practicable, with relevant Health and Safety and Fire Safety legislation. All required health and safety risk assessments and fire safety risk assessments shall be undertaken in writing and reviewed on a regular basis.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that the footpath immediately outside the front of the restaurant is kept free from litter emanating from the premises.
Children’s parties shall not be held during the licensed period.
Annex 3 - Conditions Attached following a Hearing of the Licensing Authority
Between the hours of midnight and 5am on Friday/Saturday night and Saturday/Sunday night, late night refreshment shall only be provided by means of the drive-thru facility.
