ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times.
A CCTV system shall be installed at the premises.
The style and operation of the premises shall not differ significantly from that of a residential hotel for use by guests and visitors to the hotel, persons attending functions and diners at the restaurant.
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.
The premises shall benefit from a fire certificate and there shall be annual reviews and inspections of policies and procedures.
Fire escapes shall be clearly marked and appropriate emergency lighting shall be maintained for the interior of the premises.
The number of person permitted in the Lytham St Annes Suite shall be restricted to a maximum of 240.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
Any noise from regulated entertainment shall not cause a nuisance to nearby residents.
There shall no adult entertainment or gaming machines at the premises.
Children staying in the hotel or attending functions shall be accompanied by an adult.
