ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
2.1 A detailed risk assessment shall be carried out having regard for
venue safety,
crowd control,
public safety,
adequate provision of first aiders and first aid equipment
toilet facilities
fire fighting equipment
2.2 There shall be a sufficient number of stewards to marshal the event.
2.3 There shall be clear signage for all entrances and exits.
2.4 All stewards shall wear hi visibility jackets.
2.5 Any person aged under 18 shall be accompanied by an adult.
2.6 The audience shall be a safe distance away from the stage area and firework display.
2.7 There shall be a zero tolerance policy towards any illegal behaviour and drugs.
2.8 The Premises Licence Holder shall patrol the site to ensure that all the measurement outlined in the risk assessment are carried out. Where there are any new risks identified necessary steps shall be taken to reduce and eliminate such risks.
2.9 The field shall have a large area cordoned off for the firework display engineers.
2.10 The sale of alcohol may only take place in the Club House and plastic glasses shall be used.
2.11 Frequent collections of litter shall be undertaken and toilet block shall be inspected regularly.
2.12 All emergency lighting shall be tested before the event commences.
2.13 No barbeques or naked flames shall be allowed on the field during the concert.
2.14 No unaccompanied children shall be allowed on the premises at any time.
2.15 Tickets shall be limited to a maximum of 1000.
2.16 Nearby residents living around the sports field shall be informed of the event by flyers and event notices.
2.17 No entertainment of an adult nature shall take place on the premises.
