Additional Conditions

• Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions

   

  The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must:-

   

  ()         only be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with this club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;

  ()         be in a sealed container;

  (c)   only be made to a member of the club in person.

   

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made

  by

  ()           The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or

  ()           The Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

   

   

  Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  The style and operation of the premises shall not differ significantly from that of a Clubhouse for the St Annes Old Links Golf Club.

   

  The premises shall be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and installed prior to the 31st December 2005.

   

  The club, as a member of the English Golf Union, shall adopt the “Children in Golf” policy.
