Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
The restrictions on the times during which the licence authorises the sale by retail of alcohol on the premises, set out in part L of the Licensable Activities section of this licence do not prohibit:
(a) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must:-
() only be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with this club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
() be in a sealed container;
() only be made to a member of the club in person.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Entry to the premises shall be restricted to members and members and guests.
All guests shall be signed in by the introducing member and the behaviour of that guest shall be the responsibility of the introducing member whilst on the club premises.
Children in the premises must at all times be accompanied by an adult.
Appropriate age restrictions shall be in place for the premises.
The premises shall be operated in accordance with the principles of responsible drinking.
Unsociable behaviour shall not be tolerated and any person causing unruly behaviour shall be asked to leave the club and invited to appear before the Committee. Such instances shall be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the club rules.
An appropriate fire alarm system and emergency lighting shall be maintained for the premises.
Suitable training shall be given to the steward and bar staff as to the action to be taken in the event of an emergency.
An occupancy figure for the concert room and games room shall be determined and this figure shall be communicated to members in the event of a members function taking place.
Any member hiring the function room shall be made aware of the emergency and evacuation procedures.
At all times when recorded or amplified music is being provided on the premises, such music shall be subject to an automatic noise limitation device.
The premises shall be provided with secondary double-glazing to alleviate any noise leakage.
Appropriate notices shall be displayed at the exits from the premises requesting members to leave quietly with respect for local residents when leaving the premises.
The premises shall strive to keep noise and disturbance from the premises to a minimum.
No form of adult entertainment is permitted at the premises.
Children shall be permitted on the premises at times specified within the club rules but shall be required to be supervised by an accompanying adult.
Any person acting in a manner likely to cause alarm to any child shall be asked to leave the premises and appear before the Committee.
Children shall not be permitted on the gaming machines.
Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such a sale is made.
