Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must:-
() only be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with this club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
() be in a sealed container;
(c) only be made to a member of the club in person.
The restrictions on the times during which the licence authorises the sale by retail of alcohol on the premises, set out in part L of the Licensable Activities section of this licence do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film or video exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by
(a) The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
() The Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The style and operation of the premises shall not differ significantly from that of small private club and be only open to members and bona fide guests.
Club Officials shall be given appropriate training in respect of public safety to the standards required by relevant legislation.
Any noise emanating from the premises shall be kept to a reasonable level.
No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted to consume alcohol at the premises.
The maximum number of persons permitted in the premises shall be restricted to 250 standing or 150 seated and 50 standing.
Fire exits, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers shall be at strategic locations within the premises.
There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials.
When regulated entertainment is being provided, all windows shall be kept closed and the premises shall be provided with suitable air conditioning.
There shall no entertainment of an adult nature at the premises.
There shall be no cigarette vending machines or gaming machines at the premises.
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.
Children shall normally be accompanied by an adult and when children’s activities are underway, attendants shall be provided.
