Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must:-
() only be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with this club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
() be in a sealed container;
(c) only be made to a member of the club in person.
The restrictions on the times during which the licence authorises the sale by retail of alcohol on the premises, set out in part L of the Licensable Activities section of this licence do not prohibit:
(a) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The Club Steward shall be given appropriate training in respect of licensing standards required by relevant legislation.
Notices relating to drink driving shall be displayed in the premises.
Appropriate lighting shall be maintained at the premises.
A suitable level of Illumination shall be provided to the exterior of the premises.
The function room shall not be occupied by more than 120 persons at any time.
There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials.
Music shall be kept to a reasonable level.
Any loading or unloading shall be conducted at reasonable times so as to not cause a nuisance.
Children shall be required to be supervised by the accompanying adult at all times.
Gaming machines and/or cigarette vending machines shall not be permitted in the function room.
There shall no entertainment of an adult nature at the premises.
