Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means:
) On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, Good Friday or New Year’s Eve, 10.00 hours to 23.00 hours
) On Sundays, other than Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve, 12.00 hours (noon) to 23.30 hours
) On Good Friday, 12.00 hours (noon) to 22.30 hours
) On New Year’s Eve, except on a Sunday, 10.00 hours to 23.00 hours
) On New Year’s Eve on a Sunday, 12.00 hours (noon) to 22.30 hours
) On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, 00.00 hours (midnight) on 31st December)
) On Christmas Day, as provided by the rules of the club and notified in writing by the chairman or secretary of the club to the chief executive of the justices for the petty sessions area in which the premises are. The said hours shall:
1 not exceed six and a half hours;
2 not begin earlier than 12.00 hours (noon);
3 not end later than 22.30 hours
4 provide for a break of at least 2 hours, including 03.00 hours to 17.00 hours;
5 not extend for more than three and a half hours after 17.00 hours
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied as ancillary to the meals;
) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must:-
() only be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with this club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
() be in a sealed container;
() only be made to a member of the club in person.
The terms, conditions and restrictions detailed in the Fylde Borough Council Places of Public Entertainment, conditions of Licence (Second Schedule) and attached to this licence must be adhered to all times that regulated entertainment takes place at the premises.
The maximum number of persons permitted in the premises will be 250 persons.
Noise levels from entertainment’s shall not exceed 33dB LA eq: (5 minutes) when measured at a point one metre from the façade of any residential premises.
