Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
by
() the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
() the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with Operating Schedule
The premises shall only be used for the provision of licensable activities by responsible organised bodies.
Responsible persons shall be on site whenever regulated entertainment is taking place, and shall supervise the activities.
Appropriate Health and Safety arrangements shall be in place for the premises.
Any music shall be kept to a reasonable level.
Good neighbour practices shall be observed at the premises.
School staff shall be subject to Criminal Record Bureau checks, as appropriate.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
Suitable risk assessments shall be undertaken prior to every public performance.
A generic risk assessment shall be undertaken detailing maximum occupancy of the licensed areas. Such assessment shall be made available upon request by a Fire Officer or other authorised officer.
