  The restrictions on the times during which the licence authorises the sale by retail of alcohol on the premises, set out in part L of the Licensable Activities section of this licence do not prohibit:

   

  (a)              the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are  residing.

   

  (b)              On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on New Years Eve.

   

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  Entry to the premises shall be restricted to members and bona fide guests. 

   

  Visitors who are members of other Clubs may be permitted into the premises by invitation.

   

  Children shall not be permitted on the premises.
