Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must:-
() only be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with this club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
() be in a sealed container;
() only be made to a member of the club in person.

Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
Membership of the premises shall be restricted to persons aged over 18. Sporting members of the club aged 16 or over may gain access to the premises when accompanied by an adult member.
No children shall be permitted on the premises unless in the presence of an adult member and no children under 18 years of age shall be permitted admittance to the games room unless a sporting member, who must be accompanied by an adult member.
Admission to the premises shall be gained by the use of a fob card issued to members upon their application for membership being approved by the Committee. The fob card shall be swiped so as to activate and open the door allowing entry to the premises.
Upon entering, members and their guests shall pass the door supervisor and any guest signed in.
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age which requires any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce a recognised documentation indicating that they are over 18 years of age.
A notice or notices shall be displayed on the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
No person in possession of a drink shall be allowed to enter the premises, nor shall a drink be removed from the premises in an unsealed container.
A free phone taxi service shall be provided on the premises to allow members and their guests to contact a local taxi company and make arrangements to be collected.
The premises shall benefit from an integrated fire alarm system. Fire extinguishers shall be provided in all rooms of the premises and regular fire drills performed with staff members.
All exits and escape routes shall be readily visible and maintained in good repair and correct working order and kept free from all obstructions at all times.
All doors on the premises which are on an escape route shall be fitted only with approved fasteners and shall at all times be properly maintained, free from obstruction and be capable of being opened easily and fully so that they do not restrict the public leaving the premises and will open in the direction of the escape route.
All exit doors and escape routes shall be push bar operated and will be capable of being opened by any person without the use of a further key, card, code or other similar means and be kept free from all fastening devices when the premises are open to the public.
All exit routes and doors on such routes shall be regularly checked.
The seating arrangements within the premises shall be such that no exit route will be obstructed, nor will any exit sign be obscured nor any fire fighting equipment concealed from view.
Printed notices shall be prominently displayed in the premises detailing the essential steps that must be taken if a fire is discovered or the fire alarm goes off or other emergency arises and how to call the Fire Service.
Any outbreak of fire of any kind shall be reported to the Fire Service immediately.
All fire fighting equipment shall be periodically serviced and maintained.
There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials.
Regular inspections of all normal and emergency lighting shall take place.
Adequate lavatory accommodation shall be provided on both floors of the premises, which shall be regularly checked by staff.
The premises shall seek to minimise noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises and where necessary external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the case of an emergency.
There shall be placed at the premises notices requiring customers to leave the premises in an orderly fashion and to restrict all noise to minimum out of respect for surrounding properties and residents.
All sound from live and recorded music played at the premises shall be restricted to a reasonable level.
Deliveries shall take place during the day and shall not obstruct the highway or interfere with the use of surrounding properties.
Signs shall be displayed by gaming machines at the premises restricting play to those over 18 years of age.
