ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Premises Licence Holder shall aim to keep a sober environment that reflects a restaurant atmosphere.
Customers shall be encouraged to move on following the consumption of a meal.
Appropriate Health and Safety arrangements shall be in place for the premises.
Meals and beverages shall be provided by waiter/ess service only.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
The premises shall be used for the purpose of habitually providing the customary main meal at midday or in the evening, or both, for the accommodation of persons frequenting the premises.
Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with, or otherwise an ancillary to, meals served in the licensed premises.
All staff shall receive suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this shall be made available to an authorized officer upon request.
The licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce the Challenge 21 Proof of Age policy. Any persons who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence, passport, Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card
Frequent collection of glasses and bottles shall be undertaken to ensure that empty containers do not accumulate in or around the licensed premises.
Any glassware and bottles removed from the premises shall be replaced with plastic glasses.
Only plastic glasses shall be permitted to leave the premises and a sign instructing this shall be on display.
