Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
The restrictions on the times during which the licence authorises the sale by retail of alcohol on the premises, set out in part L of the Licensable Activities section of this licence do not prohibit:
(a) the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film or video exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by
(a) The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
(b) The Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The style and operation of the premises shall not differ significantly from that of private members club and access shall be strictly limited to members and guests.
The premises shall be run so that no nuisance is caused or in conjunction with the licensing objectives.
There shall be a zero tolerance policy for all anti-social behaviour.
Any person causing disorder shall be excluded from the premises and his/her membership revoked.
The licence holder shall liaise with the Police and neighbours regarding any relevant licensing issues.
CCTV cameras shall be installed to monitor the exit and entrance.
A suitable level of Illumination shall be provided to the exterior of the premises.
The occupancy level for the premises shall not be exceeded.
Staff shall be given appropriate training in respect of health and safety, first aid and fire safety to the standards required by relevant legislation.
Health and safety and fire safety policies shall be periodically renewed.
Appropriate fire fighting equipment and fire precautions shall be maintained at the premises and fire exits shall be clearly marked.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
Facilities shall be available for members and guests to phone for taxi’s and be collected from outside the premises.
Children under the age of 16 shall be excluded from the premises whilst children aged between 16 and 18 shall be sponsored by their parents.
All staff shall have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises.
All gaming and cigarette machines shall located in a position where they can be easily observed.
The bar, gaming machines and cigarette machines shall contain prominent notices relating to the relevant age restrictions.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the Licensing Authority
All staff shall receive appropriate training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this shall be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
Appropriate measures shall be taken to prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
Only toughened glass vessels may be used to dispense beer to customers.
All live music shall cease at midnight with the exception of Christmas and New Years Eve.
