Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must:-
() only be made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol, in accordance with this club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises;
() be in a sealed container;
(c) only be made to a member of the club in person.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
by
() The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
() The Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
The style and operation of the premises shall not differ significantly from that of a Clubhouse for the Fairhaven Golf Club.
The premises shall be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose.
All external doors shall be either security coded or key operated.
The premises shall have a resident steward and caterer present at all times to ensure supervision of the premises.
All fire doors and exit routes shall be clearly marked.
Appropriate fire extinguishers shall be maintained at the premises.
An appropriate Health and Safety policy shall be in place for the premises.
The fabric of the building shall be maintained to a high standard.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and members shall be maintained at the premises.
A public pay phone shall be available at the premises.
A suitable level of Illumination shall be provided to the car park and exterior of the premises.
Children and young people shall be golfing members and be subject to strict Club rules in respect of the clubhouse facilities.
All children shall sponsored by a responsible adult.
Children under the age of 18 shall not be served alcohol.
No gaming machines shall be provided at the premises.
Cigarettes may be only sold from behind the bar.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached following a hearing by the Licensing Authority
The Environmental Protection Department of Fylde Borough Council shall be notified 7 days in advance of any outdoor event that will be providing live entertainment and/or amplified music.
