• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence

  a.              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,

  b.              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended

   

  Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Alcohol must not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied.

   

  All staff shall be appropriately trained in the requirements for the sale of alcohol.

   

  Adequate and appropriate fire fighting equipment must be available on the premises.

   

  Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment must be available on the premises.

   

  Proof of age must be provided from any person appearing to be under the age of 18 who is attempting to buy alcohol on the premises. If appropriate proof is not produced, there must be no sale.

   

  A notice or notices must be displayed in the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and it must indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
