Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence

  a.              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,

  b.              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended

   

  Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made

  by

  ()       the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or

  ()       the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.

   

   

  ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to a meal.

   

  Suitable non-alcoholic beverages (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served at the premises.

   

  ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  Off sales from the premises shall be in sealed containers only.  Any unfinished bottles of wine must be recorked before being taken away from the premises.

   

  Another member of staff shall be nominated to act for the Designated Premises Supervisor, in their absence, whose identity is known by all other staff when such absence occurs.

   

  At least one personal licence holder, whose identity shall be known to all other staff engaged in the supply or sale of alcohol, will be contactable while the supply or sale of alcohol is being undertaken, except in the case of emergency.

   

  The licence holder and the DPS are to support and rigorously enforce the Challenge 21 Proof of Age policy.  Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18.  The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:  photo driving licence; passport; Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card; any other locally or nationally approved form of identification which may be introduced in the future.

   

  All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this shall be made available to an authorised officer upon request.

   

  No entertainment of an adult nature shall take place on the premises.

   

  During the performance of all amplified regulated entertainment after 22.00 hours all doors and windows shall remain closed, except for access and egress
