  Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment must be available on the premises.

   

  A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to caravaners and local residents when leaving the premises late at night shall be displayed on the premises.

   

  All ventilation and extract systems must be designed and maintained so as to prevent noxious smells causing a nuisance in the area.

   

  Litter receptacles shall be placed outside, near to the premises for customers to use and these shall be regularly emptied.
