Annex 2- Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
Appropriate Health and Safety arrangements shall be in place for the premises.
Adequate and appropriate fire fighting equipment shall be available on the premises.
Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises.
All ventilation and extract systems shall be designed and maintained so as to prevent noxious smells causing a nuisance in the area.
Annex 3 - Conditions Attached following a Hearing of the Licensing Authority
The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement agencies.
CCTV tapes shall be retained for 31 days and recordings shall be made available to the police upon request.
Any written risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by a Police Officer of a Responsible Authority.
A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents when leaving the premises shall be displayed at every exit.
Frequent collection of litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holders expense at a frequency of not less than 60 minute intervals during the premises opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
