Annex 2- Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
Appropriate Health and Safety arrangements shall be in place for the premises.
Adequate and appropriate fire fighting equipment shall be available on the premises.
Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises.
All ventilation and extract systems shall be designed and maintained so as to prevent noxious smells causing a nuisance in the area.
A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents when leaving the premises late at night shall be displayed on the premises.
Annex 3 - Conditions Attached following a Hearing of the Licensing Authority
Any written risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by a Police Officer of a Responsible Authority.
The immediate vicinity of the premises will be regularly checked and dropped litter and spilled food collected and removed.
The premises are to be equipped with a CCTV system which meets the criteria detailed in the Lancashire Constabulary's Guidance document and which is well maintained and fully functional during the hours the premises are open to members of the public.
The premises shall have installed a wall mounted plasma screen, no smaller than 28", mounted in a position within the premises so that patrons can view live recorded CCTV footage.
A staff member who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system will be on the premises at all times when the takeaway is open to the public. This person will be able to show police recent data or footage with the minimum of delay when requested. This data or footage reproduction should be almost instantaneous.
