  Appropriate notices shall be displayed asking customers to leave the premises quietly.

   

  The maximum number of persons allowed on the premises shall be 150

   

  Exit and escape routes shall be clearly marked and kept free of obstruction.

   

  A set of rules shall be given to hirers of the hall giving details of the hiring conditions.

   

  The doors and windows of the premises, save for entry and exit purpose, shall be kept shut after 21.30.

   

  No gaming machines to be installed on the premises.

   

  Cigarettes are not be sold on the premises.
