Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises
licence,
or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or
his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film or video exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by
(a) The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
(b) The Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film
Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
At least one personal licence holder will be available whilst the supply or sale of alcohol is being undertaken whose identity will be known to all other staff engaged in the supply or sale of alcohol except in the case of emergency.
Shall be given appropriate training in respect of licensing issues, public health and safety, child protection and First Aid.
CCTV shall be installed in all areas where licensable activities take place.
A recognised Proof of Age policy shall be operated and enforced.
The premises shall be operated in accordance with the “Pubwatch” scheme.
Non-residents shall only gain access to the bar area via the reception area, which shall be staffed at all times and in contact with the Personal Licence holder present on the premises.
Appropriate Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm systems shall be maintained at the premises.
Seating arrangements shall be so arranged so that adequate provision is made for wheelchairs to manoeuvre.
All windows in the premises shall be sound-proofed and double-glazed.
The kitchen area shall be provided with a suitable extraction and ventilation system
Amplified music shall be kept to a reasonable level.
Appropriate notices shall be displayed asking customers leaving the premises to do so quietly.
All staff shall be subject to a full Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.
No unaccompanied children shall be permitted in the lounge/bar area.
When activities for children takes place, the children shall be accompanied by an adult or supervised by a member of staff.
