Annex 2- Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
The staff shall monitor the behaviour of customers.
Customers loitering outside the premises shall be asked to move on.
The cooking area shall be inaccessible to the public.
The forecourt area shall be regularly checked and any refuse removed.
Appropriate notices shall be displayed at the exits from the premises requesting customers to leave quietly when leaving the premises.
Deliveries and operational services shall only be carried out between 0800 and 1800 hours.
Visiting drivers, including taxi drivers, shall be requested to turn off vehicle engines.
An appropriate No Smoking policy shall be in place for the premises.
Annex 3 - Conditions Attached following a Hearing of the Licensing Authority
The premises shall be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
Risk assessment carried out by or on behalf of the License Holder which relate to a licensing operative shall be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residence shall be displayed at every exit.
Frequent collection of all litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the license holder’s expense at a frequency of not less then 60 minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
