Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
When the premises are open, there shall always be present club members and members of the Committee.
The supply of alcohol shall be overseen by the Designated Premises Supervisor and authorities delegated by the Committee.
All staff shall receive suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this shall be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
The premises shall be operated in accordance with the principles outlined by the ‘Nightsafe’ Scheme, as are relevant to those premises, and indicated in the associated leaflet.
Appropriate Health and Safety arrangements and fire procedures shall be in place for the premises.
An accident book shall be maintained at the premises.
Only toughened glass vessels shall be used to dispense beverages to customers.
Appropriate measures shall be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
No children under the age of 16 shall be allowed in the premises unless supervised by adults.
A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached following a hearing by the Licensing Authority
Access to the premises shall be limited to:
Club Members and their bona fide guests
Members of associated clubs attending as visiting clubs members on match days
Match ticket holders on match day
Persons attending, by invitation or ticket, pre-booked functions or events
All performances of amplified music shall cease at midnight
During the performances of amplified entertainment, all windows and doors shall remain closed save for entrance and exit purposes.
Patrons who wish to stand on the balcony shall be returned back into the premises no later than 2300.
A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
That part of the Premises located in the “old” building shall not be used for the performance of live music or recorded music for the purpose of dance, nor for dance including disco that will continue after 1930 hrs on any day.
Whilst events using music and dancing are being held in the room known as the International Room in the old part of the club house, all windows and the south elevation of the room shall be kept closed.
Effective and suitable provision shall be made to ensure that the function rooms licensed for the purposes of providing regulated entertainment are ventilated by suitable mechanical ventilation equipment.
Two smoking areas shall be created and signed accordingly. Signs shallbe displayed indicating the necessity of keeping noise to a minimum at all times
Both of the smoking areas must be on the car park side of the building, one outside the main doors and one outside the functions area.
Persons must not be allowed on the Woodlands Suite or International Room balconies to smoke after 7:30pm when amplified music is being played.
All customers must be advised of the smoking management policy when making their initial booking and the consequences of failing to comply accordingly.
No more than ten people are to be permitted outside to smoke at any one time between 11:00pm and 1:00am. Notices must be displayed advising customers of this restriction.
Between 11:00pm and 1:00am registered door staff must be specifically responsible for ensuring that customers comply with the conditions attached to the licence relating to smoking.
Registered door staff must also request that customers waiting for taxis remain inside the building until the taxi arrives. A notice advising customers of this requirement must be displayed adjacent to the two free taxi phones.
Patrons will not be permitted to take drinks outside or into the designated smoking area after 11:00pm and notices must be provided advising of this requirement
