Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The style and operation of the premises shall not differ significantly from that of a pizza and similar products delivery business.
The premises shall be sufficiently staffed so allow proper management and supervision of the premises.
The licence holder shall co-operate with the local police concerning issues that affect the local area and premises.
A zero tolerance policy towards illegal drugs will be enforced at all times within the premises.
No glassware shall be used or supplied at the premises.
Appropriate Health and Safety arrangements shall be in place for the premises.
When the premises are approaching maximum occupancy, customers who have been served shall be requested to leave the premises.
Whenever late night refreshment is taking place, windows and doors, save for entrance and exit purposes, shall be kept shut.
Customers shall be encouraged to leave the premises quietly and with due consideration for neighbours.
Delivery drivers shall enter and leave their vehicles in a quiet and considerate manner, not leave engines running, park with consideration and consider those residing in the vicinity of the premises.
Any persons acting in an unreasonable manner shall be asked to leave the premises.
The Licence holder shall ensure that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause nuisance to nearby properties, and that the premises shall be adequately ventilated to the satisfaction of the Council.
