Annex 2- Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
Staff shall be given appropriate training in respect of the Licensing Objectives.
A suitable level of Illumination shall be provided to the interior and exterior of the premises.
No alcohol shall be permitted on the premises.
At least 3 members of staff shall be present during the hours the premises are open.
An appropriate No Smoking policy shall be in place for the premises.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
All windows in the premises shall be double-glazed.
The shop area shall be kept in a clean and tidy condition.
The premises shall be provided with a suitable extraction and ventilation system.
Windows and doors, save for entrance and exit purposes, shall be kept shut.
Appropriate notices shall be displayed at the exits from the premises requesting customers to leave quietly when leaving the premises.
The cooking area shall be closed off from the customer waiting area.
