Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
2.1 A CCTV system shall be installed at the premises.
2.2 Arrangements shall be made for the bins to be emptied and to prevent the accumulation of any rubbish.
2.3 Arrangement shall be made so that persons are discouraged and are prevented from congregating outside the premises.
2.4 Any disputes, aggravated situations or abnormal activities shall be reported to the Police.
Annex 3 - Conditions Attached following a hearing by the Licensing Authority
3.1 Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence holder, which relate to a licensing objective shall be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
3.2 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
3.3 Frequent collection of all litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holder’s expense at a frequency of not less than 60 minute intervals during opening hours. This includes the washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
