Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with Operating Schedule
Arrangements shall be made to ensure that when the premises are open for the purpose of any licensable activity, suitable, competent staff are on duty to ensure compliance with the conditions of this licence.
All exit routes and exit shall be kept free from obstruction and maintained in good order with non-slippery and even surfaces, free from trip hazards and shall be clearly indicated.
Access to the premises for emergency vehicles shall be kept clear and free from obstruction.
Noise and vibration from the premises shall not be audible within nearby residential properties.
There shall be no gaming machines at the premises.
All cigarette machines shall be in view of the bar servery area.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
All staff shall receive suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request
Appropriate measures shall be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
At least one personal licence holder will be available while the supply or sale of alcohol is being undertaken (who’s identity will be known to all other staff engaged in the supply or sale of alcohol) except in the case of emergency.
The premises shall be operated in accordance with the principles outlined by the ‘Nightsafe’ Initiative, as are relevant to those premises, and indicated in the associated leaflet.
Intoxicants shall not be sold or supplied otherwise than to persons taking table meals.
