Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
The style and operation of the premises shall not differ significantly from that of a hot food takeaway.
There shall be regular consultation and liaison with the Responsible Authorites relating to up to date guidance of the 4 licensing objectives as relevant to the premises.
Staff shall be given appropriate training/supervision in respect of operation of the premises in relation to the licensing objectives.
All soft drinks shall be sold in cans or plastic bottles.
Appropriate Health and Safety arrangements shall be in place for the premises.
All electrical and gas appliances at the premises shall be tested annually by a qualified engineer.
Appropriate fire fighting equipment shall be maintained at the premises.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
The kitchen area shall be provided with a suitable extraction and ventilation system.
Waste bins and receptacles shall be provided and the outside areas immediately surrounding the premises shall be swept and cleaned at the end of each trading day.
Appropriate notices shall be displayed at the exits from the premises requesting customers to leave quietly with respect for local residents when leaving the premises.
There shall be no audible/visible noise/light pollution or vibration from the premises.
The sale of cigarettes shall not be permitted at the premises.
There shall be no cigarette or gaming machines at the premises.
No smoking shall be encouraged on the premises by way of “no smoking” signs.
Access to the to the “hot” cooking or preparation area by customers or children shall be prohibited.
