  The premises shall only be used for the provision of licensable activities by responsible organised bodies.

   

  Appropriate Health and Safety arrangements shall be in place for the premises.

   

  Suitable first aid facilities shall be available at public and school events.

   

  Any music shall be kept to a reasonable level.

   

  Good neighbour practices shall be observed at the premises.

   

  All staff shall be subject to Criminal Record Bureau checks.

   

  No alcohol shall be served to minors.
