Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with Operating Schedule
A Personal Licence holder shall be present at the premises at all times the licence is being used.
Staff shall be given appropriate training in respect of licensing issues to ensure the licensing objectives are met.
A suitable level of Illumination shall be provided to the interior and exterior of the premises.
Staff shall be trained to not serve alcohol to diners showing signs of drunkenness.
Appropriate emergency lighting and fire safety precautions shall be maintained for the premises.
Accommodation shall be restricted to maximum of 72 diners at 12 tables.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
The kitchen area shall be provided with a suitable extraction system to control noxious odours from cooking.
The delivery of goods shall only take place during working hours.
Appropriate notices shall be displayed at the exits from the premises requesting customers to leave quietly when leaving the premises in the evening.
Unaccompanied children shall not be allowed on the premises at any time.
Persons bringing children shall be encouraged to arrive and leave early in the evening.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
All staff shall receive suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request
Appropriate measures shall be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
Intoxicants shall not be sold or supplied otherwise than to persons taking table meals at the premises.
