ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
All staff shall receive suitable training in relation to age related sales.
Any refused sales shall not be noted in a refusal log.
No sales of alcohol shall be made by staff aged under 18.
The style and operation of the premises shall not differ significantly from that of a restaurant.
Alcohol shall only be sold in conjunction with the purchase of a main meal.
Frequent collection of glasses and bottles will be undertaken to ensure that empty containers do not accumulate in or around the premises.
The volume of amplified sound shall be regulated at all times by staff, and the volume control shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public.
No gaming machines shall be provided at the premises.
Another member of staff shall be nominated to act for the Designated Premises Supervisor, in their absence, whose identity is known by all other staff when such absence occurs.
