ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The premises shall have at least 2 personal holders and all other staff shall be briefed in licensing matters.
Alcohol shall only be served to customers of the premises and to people attending organised functions and events.
The Challenge 21 proof of age scheme shall be adopted at the premises.
The premises shall be equipped with a closed circuit television system, covering at least the outside of the building and inside the garden centre area.
Notices and signage shall be placed at the premises advising of any areas into which alcohol shall not be taken.
Regular anti drug checks shall be conducted.
The premises shall have clearly marked emergency exits and suitable emergency lighting.
A suitable level of Illumination shall be provided to the premises.
Non-slip flooring shall be provided at the premises.
The maximum number of persons allowed in these premises shall be 120 persons.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
Appropriate fire fighting equipment shall be maintained at the premises.
Any amplified music shall be regulated to prevent excessive noise.
A sign shall be located at the exit(s) requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours.
Children shall be required to be supervised by an accompanying adult during evening functions and events.
No person under the age of 18 shall be employed for evening functions or events.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
During performances of amplified entertainment, all doors and windows shall remain closed.
Alcohol shall only be served to customers of the café/restaurant who are purchasing food for consumption on the premises.
