ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
by
() the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
() the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
All patrons shall be Club members or their guests.
A nominate Committee person shall be on the premises at all times the licence is being used.
Staff shall be trained on licensing issues and records of such training kept.
Clear visible signage shall be displayed in the bar area with regards to the sale or supply of alcohol to minors.
All alcohol shall be consumed on the premises.
An adequate number of escape routes shall be provided.
There shall be a qualified First Aid officer and first aid provisions.
Any seating arrangement shall not obstruct fire doors.
Music shall be kept to a reasonable level.
Litter shall be cleared away regularly throughout and after any event.
After midnight, all doors and windows shall remain closed apart from access and egress and in the event of an emergency.
A notice shall be displayed requesting patrons to leave the premises quietly.
Staff involved in looking after young children shall have CRB checks conducted upon them.
Children shall not be permitted in the bar area after 2100 hours.
All children shall be accompanied by an adult.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
All doors and windows to be closed during performances of regulated entertainment
Due to the proximity of residential areas all amplified regulated entertainment shall cease by midnight - except the non standard times as indicated.
