ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at any time alcohol is being supplied.
No sales shall be made to callers from the general public to the premises.
Alcohol may only be delivered to customer’s homes.
Any loading or unloading of bottles shall be kept to a minimum.
Children shall not be permitted into the loft area of the premises without an adult present.
