ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The premises shall be operated in responsible and sensitive manner, in order to avoid nuisance and inconvenience to nearby residents.
The proprietor shall be available at the premises, when the premises are open for trading.
All seating in the public area of the premises shall be fixed.
Information containing contact numbers for the local Police and nearby premises shall be maintained at the premises.
A notice shall be installed advising customers to be aware of the step.
All kitchen extractors shall be vented into the rear garden of the premises.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
A means shall be provided for giving to persons in the premises warning in case of fire. This shall consist of i) Heat detector positioned in ground floor kitchen
ii) Smoke detector positioned on first floor landing area.
The detectors shall conform to BS5839 part 1-L6.
A 30-minute fire door shall be fitted at the head of the stairs leading to the basement.
A 30-minute fire door shall be fitted at ground floor level, positioned at the entrance to the stairs to the first floor.
