ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The premises shall be equipped with a closed circuit television system, security alarm and a panic button connected directly to the Police.
The number of persons entering the premises shall be monitored so that the premises do not become overcrowded.
Any fire exit at the premises shall be kept clear and free from obstruction.
Appropriate fire fighting equipment shall be maintained at the premises.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
The departure of customers shall be effectively managed and customers shall be prevented from congregating outside the premises. Any occurrences of misconduct shall be reported to the relevant authority and a record made of such incident.
An appropriate and sufficient number of staff shall be present at the premises when licensable activities are taking place.
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age which requires any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce a recognised documentation indicating that they are over 18 years of age.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
The licence holder must ensure that staff are suitably trained in relation to their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and that evidence of such training is kept and made available for inspection on request.
