Additional Conditions

•  

  ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence

  a.              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,

  b.              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended

   

  Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  This licence shall only have effect for up to 14 days annually.

   

  Car park attendants shall be provided on site.

   

  Night security shall be provided.

   

  Stewarding, with portable radio links, shall take place during performances.

   

  All public access area shall be suitably fenced.

   

  Public information, including advice such as locations to toilets, emergency exits and box office, shall be provided at the premises.

   

  Evacuation procedures shall be in place.

   

  Entry shall only be permitted upon production of a valid ticket.

   

  In house stewarding shall be provided.

   

  The premises shall operate a strict no under age drinking policy.

   

  A procedure shall be provided on site in relation to lost children.

   

   

  ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  At least 14 days before the start date of licensable activities, the applicant shall inform the event and planning team at Blackpool Police of the start date.  In addition, the responsible authority for Health and Safety and Environmental Protection shall be notified and risk assessments submitted in a format agreed.  Such risk assessments shall take into account the “Event Safety Guide - A Guide to Health, Safety and Welfare at Music and Similar Events” published by the Health and Safety Executive or successor document.

   

  During the time licensable activities are taking place, the road either side of the entrance to the site shall be coned off and marshalled to the satisfaction of the police.

   

  The bar area shall be adequately stewarded (including SIA-registered doorstaff) to the satisfaction of the police.
