ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises
licence,
or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or
his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Another member of staff shall be nominated to act for the Designated Premises Supervisor, in their absence, whose identity is known by all other staff when such absence occurs.
Digital CCTV cameras shall be installed and maintained at the premises.
Staff shall be given appropriate training, on a regular basis, to ensure that they are aware of the licensing objectives.
The premises shall participate in the Lancashire Constabulary “ring round” system.
A suitable level of Illumination shall be provided internally and to the exterior of the premises.
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.
A licensed taxi service shall be promoted by the premises and staff, when required, shall organise taxis to transport customers home.
Appropriate emergency lighting shall be maintained for the interior and exterior of the premises.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
Appropriate levels of seating shall be provided for the numbers of customers in the hotel.
Music from regulated entertainment shall be kept to a reasonable level.
Litter shall be cleared from the grounds of the premises on a daily basis.
No amplified music shall take place after 1am.
Whenever a disc jockey is used on any night, then he/she shall ask customers to leave the premises quietly.
Any cigarette machine installed at the premises shall be at such a height so as to restrict children’s access.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
In the interests of preventing public nuisance, no amplified music shall be played outdoors at any time.
