ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The premises shall comply with planning and building regulations and adhere to the requirements of the Fire Authority.
The maximum occupancy of the lounge area shall be restricted to 100 persons.
The primary purpose of the premises shall be to serve users of the golf course and bowling green.
Alcohol shall only be sold or supplied after 23.00 hours to the following groups of people:
a) Registered members of the golf and bowling club
b) Players from visiting clubs or societies
c) Golfers and bowlers on payment of the appropriate green or bowling fee
d) Persons attending a bona fide function at the premises
e) Managers, staff, artistes and entertainers employed for the time being at Staining Lodge Golf Course
f) Persons taking table meals or substantial refreshment at the premises
g) Bona fide guests of the above
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age which requires any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce a recognised documentation indicating that they are over 18 years of age.
All staff shall receive suitable training in relation to crime and disorder issues.
The premises shall be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and is provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement Authorities.
The premises licence holder shall ensure the premises are compliant with the recommendations issued by the Institute of Acoustics (The Good Practice Guide for Pubs and Clubs).
Substantial parking facilities shall be provided at the premises with good road access.
No person under the age shall be admitted to the premises unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Full staff training shall be provided and maintained by regular supervision.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
All windows and doors shall remain closed during licensable activities that include amplified music.
