ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
All staff shall be trained in respect of all relevant licensing issues including under-age sales and the service of drunken persons.
Staff shall receive adequate training in relation to the prevention of crime and disorder and relevant policies and procedures shall be implemented.
A fire alarm and emergency lighting system shall be provided and tested on a weekly basis by a competent member of staff.
Adequate escape routes shall be provided and maintained accordingly.
Adequate first aid provision shall be provided.
Staff shall be trained to an adequate level of Health and Safety.
All fire and general risk assessments shall be undertaken and made available to all staff.
Staff shall be trained in emergency procedures.
Music shall be kept to a low level at all times.
Any litter shall be removed from the area surrounding the premises on a regular basis.
All deliveries shall take place between the hours of 0800 and 2200.
Any noxious odours from cooking shall be adequately controlled.
External areas shall not be utilised after 2200 hours.
Children shall not be permitted onto the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
All final exit doors shall open in the direction of escape and be of a minimum width of 900mm
There shall be a minimum of one hour fire resistance between the basement and ground floor and a minimum of 30 minutes fire resistance between the ground and first floor.
