ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Alcoholic beverages may only be served to persons ordering food.
A Personal Licence holder shall be at the premises all times alcohol is served.
A zero tolerance policy towards illegal drugs will be enforced at all times within the premises.
Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such a sale is made.
Alcohol shall not be served to persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
There shall be no use of special lighting or similar effects.
The premises shall be adequately lit all times when open to the public.
Fire exits shall be kept free from obstruction.
The maximum number of persons permitted in the premises shall be 36 seated.
The primary purpose of the premises shall be that of a café serving food with the sale of alcohol secondary.
No form of adult entertainment shall take place at the premises.
No gaming machines shall be installed at the premises.
