ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
by
() the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
() the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Premises Licence Holder shall engage the services of an experienced Personal Licence Holder to be responsible for the premises when licensable activities are being undertaken.
The extent of licensable activities shall be relatively modest in that the facilities shall be to provide entertainment and other services to corporate sponsors and/or directors of the football club.
In general terms, the premises shall not be open to members of the public unless they are invitees to pre-arranged functions or guests of directors or other corporate sponsors.
The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the supply and consumption of alcohol is in compliance with the relevant statutory legislation in relation to the supply of intoxicants at sports grounds. In particular, and during match days, alcohol shall only be supplied and consumed within the confines of either the director’s hospitality suite, corporate hospitality suite or any supporters club that may be used in the future.
The units shall be served by appropriate digital CCTV surveillance cameras, which shall be located at appropriate points around the site.
The units shall be protected by electrical shuttering when not in use.
The stock of intoxicants within each of the units shall be stored under secure facilities.
Persons wishing to smoke shall be requested to use the car park.
The units may hold up to a maximum of 30 directors and/or their guests.
The Premises Licence Holder shall maintain the requisite Public Liability and Employers liability insurance.
Children shall not be permitted to enter either of the 2 units unless accompanied by an adult.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
The applicant shall inform the environmental health authority of any regulated entertainment intended to take place outside any building (including in a tent or marquee) and adhere to any recommendations made by the authority
All windows and doors must remain closed during the performance of any regulated entertainment within a building.
No sale or supply of alcohol shall take place other than in the corporate and directors’ hospitality suites to be erected to either side of the main stand.
Within those structures, no sale or supply of alcohol is to be made other than to club directors (including those of visiting teams) and their bona fide guests, club sponsors or their representatives and their bona fide guests or those attending specifically-booked functions.
No licensable activity shall take place later than 11.pm on Sunday to Wednesday and midnight on Thursdays to Saturdays.
No drink shall be removed from the corporate and directors’ hospitality suites to be erected to either side of the main stand
