ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Staff shall be given appropriate training to ensure that they are aware of the licensing objectives.
An adequate level of Illumination shall be provided to the premises.
Suitable first aid facilities for both staff and customers shall be maintained at the premises.
Suitable seating arrangements shall be maintained at the premises.
Music at the premises shall be kept to a reasonable level.
The licence holder shall clear litter from the immediate vicinity of the premises.
Consideration shall be given to any loading and unloading arrangements.
The Licensee shall ensure that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause nuisance to nearby properties.
Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such a sale is made.
Unaccompanied children shall not be allowed on the premises at any time.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to his meal.
The licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce the Challenge 21 Proof of Age Policy. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence, passport, Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card.
All staff shall have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this shall be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
Another member of staff shall be nominated to act for the Designated Premises Supervisor, in their absence, whose identity is known by all other staff when such absence occurs.
Frequent collection of glasses and bottles shall be undertaken to ensure that empty containers do not accumulate in or around the licensed premises.
Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption, with or otherwise as an ancillary to, meals served in the licensed premises.
