Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
A surveillance system to monitor persons entering and leaving the premises shall be maintained at the premises.
A doorperson shall be employed at the premises four evenings per week.
Club management, the steward and bar staff shall be given appropriate training in respect of the objectives and statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, including the protection of children.
The Club Constitution shall include rules governing the conduct of Members and their guests within and adjacent to the club premises.
Admission to the premises shall be confined to members and bona fide guests and controlled by a door person at least evenings a week and at all other times by a trained member of staff.
Club employees shall be instructed to not admit or serve members or guests who behave in drunk or disorderly manner.
Any misconduct shall be reported to the Club Committee for the consideration of further action in accordance with the provisions of the Club Rules.
Appropriate Health and Safety arrangements shall be in place for the premises.
Preventative and control measures shall be in place to ensure the safety of members, guests, employees and entertainers whilst on the Club premises.
The premises shall comply with any advised capacity limits.
Notices concerning the action to be taken in the event of a fire shall be displayed in the premises.
All emergency escape routes shall be clearly signposted.
At all times when recorded or amplified music is being provided on the premises, reasonable steps shall be taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
Appropriate notices shall be displayed asking customers to respect neighbours when leaving the premises.
Unaccompanied persons under the age of 18 shall not be allowed on the premises at any time.
No person under the age of the 18 shall approach the bar.
Door control shall ensure that children seeking admission to the Club for any reason are accompanied by an adult member.
Young adults applying for membership shall satisfy the Committee that they are over the age of 18, and if necessary provide proof of age.
Accompanied children with members may attend private parties at the premises.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the Licensing Authority
All doors and windows shall be closed when entertainment is taking place.
