ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The property shall be alarmed when unoccupied.
A fire risk assessment shall be carried out and updated as required.
The emergency lighting system, fire extinguishers and fire alarm shall be regularly inspected and records kept.
When regulated entertainment is taking place, doors and windows shall be kept closed except for access and egress.
Noise from regulated entertainment shall be such that it does not cause a nuisance to any nearby residential property.
Notices shall be displayed requesting customers to respect neighbours when leaving the premises.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to a person who has attained the age of 18 years and is :
a member of the Club who has been a member for at least 24 hours, or whose application or nomination for membership was made at least 2 days before his admission to the Club;
OR
a bona fide guest of such a member.
OR
any person attending a pre-arranged function at the premises. The number of such functions is to be limited to no more than 12 in a period of 12 months and no less than 5 working days’ notice to be given in writing to the Police.
A list of names and addresses of Members to be kept on the premises and shall be provided to a Police Constable in uniform on request.
The licence holder and/or DPS is to support and rigorously enforce the Challenge 21 Proof of Age policy. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable : photo driving licence; passport; Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card; any other locally or nationally approved form of identification which may be introduced in the future.
All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement authorities. (see enclosed leaflet)
Whenever children are allowed upon the premises, any entertainment offered within the premises shall be suitable for young persons.
Children only to be permitted to the premises at the discretion of the Premises Licence Holder, Designated Premises Supervisor or other Responsible Person.
