Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended
Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
There shall be in place appropriate policies and training programmes, subject to regular review, in order that the Licensing Objectives may be achieved.
There shall be in place for the premises a policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age which requires any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce a recognised documentation indicating that they are over 18 years of age. This policy shall be brought to the attention of customers through material at the point of sale and wherever alcohol is displayed for sale.
The premises shall be provided with a digital CCTV system which shall cover, as a minimum, the area which shall be used for beer and wine. Images shall be retained for a period of 21 days and made available on enforcement request.
Ordinarily, a member of the management team shall be on the premises all the time the store is open.
A person shall have responsibility for the premises whilst the premises are open.
Management shall be trained to support the running of the premises including the looking after of customers and staff.
The premises shall adhere to all rules and regulations relating to public safety.
A till prompt shall appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of the Think 21 policy and remind staff not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
The premises shall display signage around the premises informing both customers and staff of the Think 21 policy.
