Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises
licence,
or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or
his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film or video exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by
(a) The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
(b) The Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC or where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film
Annex 2 -Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The premises shall be operated as a casino under the Gaming Act 1968 (or such other legislation regulating gambling which may from time to time be in force) and be regulated by the Gaming Board of Great Britain (or such other Statutory Body as may be appointed from time to time). The Premises Licence Holder is also subject to such money laundering regulations as may from time to time be in force.
The premises shall have in place a comprehensive closed circuit television system.
The Gaming Board of Great Britain (or such other Statutory Body as may be appointed from time to time) shall certify the management team as fit and proper persons to operate in a casino.
The Premises Licence Holder shall comply with the statutory requiremenrs for Health and Safety as from time to time be in force.
The Casino shall be structurally adapted for the provision of licensable activities.
The Premises Licence Holder shall comply with the fire authorities requirements.
No persons under the age of 18 years shall be allowed access to any room in the premises whilst gaming under Part II of the Gaming Act takes place in that room.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the Licensing Authority
Where any form of live entertainment which requires amplified music, including for the avoidance of doubt karaoke and disco, takes place on the premises, amplification equipment shall be fitted with a sound limiting device to be set within the maximum level for the premises as agreed with the Environmental Health Department of the Council.
